Philip Davies is an associate in Eversheds’ employment team in London.  Philip advises on a broad range of employment law issues including contentious and non-contentious matters.  Philip has significant experience of both Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. He advises on matters such as restructurings, termination arrangements and day-to-day employment issues.  Philip also advises on the impact of employment law on corporate transactions, including outsourcings.  His clients include multi-national corporations, professional services companies and bodies in the financial services sector.   Philip has written numerous articles on employment law and also speaks regularly at seminars.
