This session will draw on Kevin’s extensive experience as both an acupuncturist and a physiotherapist. He will explore the available treatment options of sports injuries using acupuncture from both traditional Chinese medicine and western approaches.

Speaker for Session
Kevin Young is a Chartered Physiotherapist and has worked in private practice for over 17 years. Much of that time has been as Head Physio for Maidenhead Rugby Club. In addition, Kevin has lectured in anatomy, structural diagnosis and Tui-Na (Chinese Medicine) at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. He currently sits on the Preliminary Investigations Committee (Complaints) for the British Acupuncture Council and is a Trustee for the Arthritic Association, a charity for the promotion of the treatment of arthritis via the natural way, as published by Charles De Cotti-Marsh
